Kingsland Septic Tank
It is not a gravity septic tank. It is a pump forced drain-field system. It has a 1500 gallon tank.
The float of the pump was replaced in April 2019. The overflow float system was checked in April 2019.
According to the technician the tank was pretty much filled up with solids, and thus We had to pump out the tank: .cost $355.
To install the lift station (this means only replacing the float) cost $285. The service was done by Danny's septic service. Phone number 561-689-1555.
The septic tank is placed outside the kitchen behind the shed
There are two manhole concrete covers with a handle each to lift up
The electric pump working can be checked by pressing the little button
