Clean out for sewage lines. In 2019 we put a new clean out for the kitchen line, that often will back up because of grease build up, to facilitate the cleaning of the drain. this clean out can be accesed from the study room, it is covered by the white board.
Sprinkler system well & pump.
In 2020 the check valve seemed to not work. Sr. Ramos, after digging looking for it could not find the check valve, so he suggested putting a new check valve closer to the pump, in fact in center of the green square where a/c compressors are. He also changed the distribution cap of the sprinklers box. It did not work well. We called Manny Well Drilling
Air conditioning filters.
Check on the 15th of the month. Admon: A 20×20×1 replace monthly. Admon takes care of it. Oratory: quarterly. Filters can be washed. Study room. Quarterly. Filters can be washed with water. Upstairs. Two units 1. A. 20×20×1. Monthly replace. 2. A washable monthly.
