We changed the electrical contact of the well pump, WE HAVE TO BE CAREFUL THAT ANTS, ETC DO NOT GET IN. BEST TO SPRAY INSECTICIDE. It was done by Alvin (561) 818-1037
Water Purification Pump NOISES -- IMPORTANT
If in Kingsland you notice that the pump goes on and off very frequently, it could very well be because the pressure valve is not working well. if this goes on undetected it will eventually burn the water drinking pump, which will cost about $800. It is best heard in the room at the end of the hallway, the one currently used by Bart, but in the usual quietness of Kingsalnd it can be heard clearly from every room, especially at night. So please be attentive to these possible noises.
Sprinkler Pump
Replaced by Leonel Sprinklers in 2019 for $800. It is important to cut the grass around it because it facilitates the invasion of ants that produced short circuits in the electrical components.
Water Purifying system.
Installed by Atlantic Filter. phone number 561-683-0100.
Liquids and Salt levels should be checked MONTHLY.
Requires the following:
1. Salt pellets. Purchased in Home Depot. Take care to choose the ones for purifiying systems NOT for swimming pool. It requires at least 4 bags of pellets.
2. Resin Cleaner.. (RESCARE). pour in the container inside the salt bin (the biggest container)
3. Water purifier. (Neutra sul) (CAREFUL it is a strong acid and can burn your skin). Pour into the container inside the smaller black bin.
